• Attempt to disrupt the Site, including by introducing viruses, scraping content at high volume, or attempting to bypass rate limits or security measures.

• Republish our paragraphs or test content as your own without attribution.
• Misrepresent your identity when contacting us through the Site.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site, its design, the curated paragraph library, the underlying code, and all related branding are owned by TypeSwift or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Site for personal practice. You may share links to the Site freely. You may not copy, resell, or repackage our content for commercial distribution without written permission.

5. Accuracy of the Typing Test

We do our best to make the timer, WPM counter, and accuracy calculations as accurate as possible. However, the Site is a practice tool, not an official certification. Results should not be used as the sole measure of typing ability for hiring, academic credit, or government examination purposes unless explicitly approved by the relevant authority.

6. Third-Party Links

From time to time we may link to third-party websites for context or reference. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
